Consultation Services 

Initial Consultation to provide background information and recommendations for transition planning. This one-hour session will form the foundation for identifying life skills that need to be established or developed. Clients and family members will have the opportunity to enhance life skills such as academics, social communication, personal safety, employment preparedness and other needs.
